You all know that I can’t resist a good bath. In fact, some of my other favorites are this olive oil, cheese, and cannoli dip!

Okay i am here to tell you now that you MUST TRY this bath !! I don’t have enough words to tell you how good this is. All you have to do is try it yourself! If you love the taste of feta cheese this dip is for you! It takes feta cheese to the next level and is perfect for dipping with a crostini, that delicious bruschetta, or sliced ​​flatbread! If we’re honest, I’m here to tell you this dip is so good I could eat it almost neat!

This dip not only tastes like a little piece of heaven, but is SO easy to make too. I talk for 5 minutes and it’s done! Which is amazing! Apart from the fact that I think I’ll do it too often then … Is that so? The feta cheese mixed with garlic, lemon peel and paprika flakes really makes this a standout dip! Go ahead and give it a try. You might even want to double it. I promise you won’t regret it!

  • Feta cheese: You can crumble it or use a block!
  • Cream cheese: If you take the time to pin this down 30 minutes in advance, it will get SO messed up!
  • Garlic cloves: If you don’t have fresh cloves, you can use chopped garlic! ½ teaspoon corresponds to about 1 clove of garlic.
  • Olive oil: This helps put it all together.
  • Lemon juice and peel: If you use a fresh lemon, you will never come back! I love how fresh it makes this taste!
  • Salt: The salt really brings out the taste of all the other ingredients!
  • Pepper: A little pepper makes all the difference. You don’t need a lot!
  • Bell pepper flakes: This brings the BEST taste without any heat!

  1. Combine ingredients: In a food processor, mix the feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, juice and zest, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pulse and serve: Pulse until smooth and creamy. Serve with flatbread, carrots, crackers or cucumber.

What can be served with it

  • Vegetables: Try dipping some vegetables in it! I love everything, but my favorites are carrots, cucumbers, olives!
  • Cracker: You can never go wrong with crackers and dip! Some of my favorites are Wheat Thins, Triscuts, and Ritz Cracker. But get creative. Anything you love will work!
  • Bread: If you really feel like it, dip some bread in it! Crostini, baguette or sourdough bread go well with this!

How to store leftovers

If you’re lucky enough to have leftovers from this dip it’s easy to save for later! Just put it in an airtight container in your refrigerator. It will take about a week. Just stir it well when you want to eat it again!

With too many dip recipes, you can never go wrong! There are so many out there. Hearty, sweet, cheesy, spicy. Really, you name it and there is a dip for it! Here are a few more of my favorites that repeat themselves over and over again in our house. I love them, my kids love them so they are the winners in my book!
